All our kits are handmade of the fairest and most sustainable materials. Every single item is made with heaps of love under awesome circumstances in our studio.
As we are closing the shop our last shipping day is 28th of February, we received may orders. We try to ship your order asap but it can take up to 5-10 workdays. You will receive a track and trace. If you are in a hurry to receive your order (birthday coming up! sudden inspiration!…) please contact us we are always happy to see if we can send your order asap.
As soon as your order is shipped you receive an email with your track and trace code, this can end up in your spam.

We ship worldwide. Here are the estimated delivery times for standard shipping.*
Europe 1-5 business days (the closer to the Netherlands, the quicker ;-))
Rest of the world 3-10 business days. Orders that need to proceed through customs may take longer.
Express shipping is 1-3 business days, worldwide.*

Prices are shown including VAT, however for customers outside the EU no taxes apply. You’ll pay less than the prices on the website, but at customs your local taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for paying custom taxes if applied.
Please note any loss or return of the parcel due to non-collection will not be compensated. Keep an eye the your track and trace of your order (might end up in your spam!).
WHAT IF YOUR GOODS ARE DAMAGED
If your goods are damaged, please let us know as soon as possible (but within 4 days of arrival) by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It would help us tremendously if you send us the following pictures so we can file this with our courier.
- a photo of the entire outside of your box
- a photo of the outside of your box with your address label visible
- a photo of the inside of the box
- a photo of the inside of your box with the protective paper visible
- a photo of the damaged good(s)
- a detail shot of the damaged good(s)
You can also return an item / items if you change your mind. Return-shipping cost are at the customer’s expense. Please email us within 7 days of receipt, the return must be made within the following 7 days using a tracked postal service. The goods must be in unused and in original condition. We’ll issue a full refund when the items arrive safe and sound in our HQ. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For international returns the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any import duties chargeable to us for receiving the return.
Digital files and gift cards can not be returned 😉
