Mixing Monday, yay!
In this blogpost you can find aaaaaall the mixing recipes I have created so far in Mixing Monday. On our instagram account I mix a different color every Monday. If you have a fave color you would love to know the recipe of, send us a DM (preferably with a pic of that color: it can be a picture of anything a car, book, plant, ….) and we can find the recipe for you in one of our following Mixing Mondays!
How do the recipes work?
We work with ratio. Let’s take a pastel yellow as an example. The recipe of this color is
Warm yellow : 1
White : 2
This means to get that specific pastel yellow you will need twice as much warm yellow as white. So if you use one unit of Warm Yellow you will need 2 of the same units of white, if you use 4 units of warm yellow you will need 8 units of white.
